MacBook Pro Hangs & freezes

Hi,

Off lately I am facing a strange issue with my macbook Pro. I works fine for an hour or so, later its starts hanging & freezes. To chagne the tab on safari it take over 4 mins.

I have a genie effect on the Dock. when i take my cursor to dock nuthin happens. It takes 1 min for te app to highlight.

Everyday after i start mac i use cleanup & iboost to clean junk files. a week before i verified & repaired disk permission.

Can somesone suggest why is this happening
