2 notes made for every one strike of key

I've just bought an M Audio 88 es semi weighted and I've noticed I get too many events triggered. Each time I press a key, I get 2 note on events in Logic. They are not duplicates but a couple of digits frames apart. Any idea why this is happening suddenly? Is there some kind of MIDI loop?
