Mar 8, 2013 5:10 AM in response to msoileby Meg St._Clair,All the emoji apps have been removed from the App Store because the Emoji keyboard is now accessible in all iPhones (since, I believe) iOS 5.
Settings>General>Keyboard>Keyboards>Add New Keyboard.
There is no need for a separate app.

Keep in mind that sending emoji in SMSs to non-iPhone users can give some very odd results up to and including completely garbled texts.

Don't know what app store you use, as there are hundreds in the US app store.
