How can I import my mobile contacts from computer to iphone5

I used itunes, but i can see the contacts selection saying, can sync contacts on air by i clouds..

The check box option is diabled.. else i could have done as u adviced.

So how can i make the check box enable to sync from my windows contacts.

plz advice
