Hi

I am unable to connect to itunes store i have tryed reinsalling makes no differance the error no 11222 also (50) therest of itunes seams to be fine

dell computer with windows 8

A:

11222s can sometimes be produced by LSP trouble.

So, just in case, I'd start with the following document:

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
