invalidProductIdentifiers

Hi, Every one I have problem with gettting "invalidProductIdentifiers" my App ID is com.cresittel.emenu4u and product id is com.cresittel.emenu4u.1month and my app name E-Menu4u, I was trying 2 weeks ago. please help me, thank in advance.
