Q: i can't find where to authorize my computer so i can download movie?

I really need help. I have a new computer and I can't download movie, i get a message kept asking to "authorize this computer" but I can't find where to do it ?
You should have a Store drop-down menu at the top of your computer's iTunes (if you are on a PC with iTunes 11 on it then press Alt-S and it should appear) e.g.
