DEVICE SAY EMI NUMMBER IS UNKNOWN

i try to open my telefoon
but it give me massage that emi nummber is unknown iccid is unknown and it is not response to update
iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1
Are there other missing or invalid entries in
Settings >> General >> About
If you tried unauthorized modification of iOS, the baseband chip set is fried.
