i cannot find siri in my iphone 5 I get voice control screen when i press the home button. and there is no siri in my setting general

First of all, check that Siri isn't restricted. Open Settings > General > Restrictions, and turn them off or activate Siri. Then, go to Settings > General > Siri, and turn it on, so just hold the Home button until Siri shows up

Check: Settings>General>Restrictions...are yours on? Siri>On/Off.
