Is it possible to have eBook and Multi-Touch versions of the same book?

I am looking into publishing a book of mine onto the iBookstore in two versions. The first one would be your standard ePUB eBook, and I would like to have that across all iOS devices (and possibly other eReaders too). The second would be a Multi-Touch version of the book that would obviously be exclusive for iPad, and probably carry a subtitle like "My Book: Enhanced Edition" or something like that. The problem is, is that I can't seem to find any publisher or writer who has done a similar thing.
