buy music apple tv 3rd generation

I had 1st generation Apple TV, and usually bought music and videoclips. Recently I decided to buy the 3rd generation Apple TV, and it seems it's not possible anymore to buy music and videoclips on it. Concerning music, it only access my Library by HomeSharing. Is it correct, or there is any other way to solve this problem? Thanks and Best Regards!
