How can I avoid the confirmation dialog when syncing calendar or contact items?

Whenever I sync my iPhone, iTunes asks me to confirm synchronizing the contacts or calendar - it will not continue with the sync unless I click confirm in the dialog.

How can I avoid that or turn it off?

I want the calendar and contact items to sync automatically every time, without a confirmation popping up. I searched everywhere for a config option but did not find anything.
