My old laptop has recently broke, however I have bought a new iMac. My current iPhone 4 is sync to my old laptop. I know that you can only have your iPhone sync to 1 computer. How do I trasnfer all my photos, videos etc. to my new iMac without deleting everything on my iPhone?

No can do. You would have had to either have a backup of your iTunes library, or have shared your library with your iMac when your old computer was still working. If it is mostly iTunes-purchased content you are worried about, this can be redownloaded from the "Purchased" tab in the iTunes and App Stores apps on your iPhone.

Oh okay, I have managed to transfer my purchased items onto my new iMac, but I really need all my photos too. Thank you anyway.
If you have previously set up an iCloud account they should all be in Photo Stream. Plus I do not beleive that syncing with a new iTunes library will erase photos.
