My bowser is gone and I don't know how to download the free iPad safari software
My safari bowser is gone, how do I reinstall the free version that came on the ipad2 system?

You can't - but you can't delete it either.
Swipe from screens to screen to look for it.
Check Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure that you didn't disable it.
You can also reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.
