I need help my son spent $350 dlls in an app buying coins,I don't if I can recovery the money.
You do realize that Apple provides a Setting in Restrictions to prevent in-app purchases, correct? And, you must enter an iTunes password to complete an in-app purchase. This means your son had to know your password in order to make these purchases.
It's a bit late now, but before letting your son use your phone, you should've done this:
Settings > General > Restrictions > Enable Restrictions > Enter a PIN
Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases > OFF
Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password > Immediately
Heck, he had to give his son his password to begin with. You can't make an in-app purchase without entering the account password.
Not if his son bought the coins within 15 minutes of his Dad having entered the password to download the app, and Require Password was set to the default (15 minutes)
True, but he still had top give his son the password.
