I need help my son spent $350 dlls in an app buying coins,I don't if I can recovery the money.

You do realize that Apple provides a Setting in Restrictions to prevent in-app purchases, correct? And, you must enter an iTunes password to complete an in-app purchase. This means your son had to know your password in order to make these purchases.
