Using apple on line store I paid for purchase of OS X Mountain Lion, v10.8.2 (4+) . The software got downloaded but now I cant find it on my on my MacBook Pro with OS X 10.6.8 for installation. The cost is billed to my credit card. I received e-mail with receipt. but I can't report this problem to them??
Can someone guide me to find the 10.8.2 version and install it to replace my 10.6.8 version?
It's in your Applications folder. If it completed the download, then it ran automatically and asked that you click on the Install button. If you did that then Mountain Lion has been installed and the application was erased.
