Q: Has Mac been remotely hacked???
Using 3rd party CCleaner applications Repair Permissions, I get a WARNING: SUID File "System/Library/Core Services/Remote Management/ARDAgent.app/contents/Mac OS/ARDAgent" has been modified and can not be repaired. Does this mean that my Mac has been hacked from remote access??

First of all, please uninstall CCleaner. Those apps can damage OS X if they delete a wrong file.
Apart from that, that permission is one of the permissions you can ignore, so nothing happens with your iMac > http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1448
