My iphone is stuck at apple logo

it was downloading some app and just stopped in the middle of instalation, i turned it off and now i cant turn it on, its stuck at apple logo and all i can see is that.it just wont turn on!! what am i supposed to do now? i cant turn it off i cant turn it on i cant do anything HELP!!
