I can't seem to get my movies /tv shows from my cloud onto my ipad. I have downloaded them over and over after it finishes it goes back to the cloud and says download again? Help please

I can't seem to get my movies that were purchased to download onto my new ipad mini. I go into purchased and hit download then it says downloading gives me a time remaining. When finished it takes me back to the iTunes home screen. When I go into my videos it says no videos please visit iTunes Store. When I go back into purchased the movies and shows are just sitting there. Help please.

iPad, iOS 6.1.2

Hi Mtgrl,

Where are you going to "Videos"? Are you getting out of iTunes on your iPad altogether and clicking on the separate Video icon on the Home screen?

Hi GB

Yes I get out of iTunes and on my home screen hit videos......... It then says you have no movies please go to iTunes to purchase.

PS I even closed all apps and restarted the ipad (just in case). Still didn't work.

Hi Mtgrl,

I am having the same problem....except every now and then it 're-appears'. But when I go back another time, it's not there and iTunes store is waiting for to download it again. I have used half of my monthly data limit on this and it's driving me crazy! Any help would be great from anyone whos is reading this thread. :-)
