If my MBP is fine and I want to start the Safeboot... That's could be a problem or not?

why would you want to boot into safemode if you MBP is fine? You can if you want and it wont hurt.
Are you asking if you could cause problems if you started in Safe Mode on a working system?
If that is your question then the answer is no, starting in Safe Mode will not hurt the system. Of course some things on the system will be unavailable so you won;t be able to work in a normal way.
If you are asking something else post back and explain what it is you are trying to do.
