Q: Importing/Migrating eml(s) into Mac mail.

I'm attempting to migrate old 'Windows Mail' (not Outlook) emails over to my Mac.  I have gotten as far as having eml batch folders on my desktop that need to be imported/migrated to Macmail.  How do I do that from where I currently sit?
