How do I completely wipe iTunes?

I found these instructions on the internet:

"Delete the database files in Users/[YourUserID]/Music/iTunes Music and the Itunes Settings Files from Users/[YourUserID/Library/Preferences]"

Is there anything else I need to delete to have iTunes wiped as clean as the day it was installed? thanks
