You can't connect to the Internet because you haven't installed the Boot Camp drivers on Windows, and you need them to make Windows run correctly on the Mac.

To install them, first hold the X key while your computer is starting to start in OS X, go to  > About this Mac, and tell me what OS X version you are using.

If you are using Mac OS X 10.6, insert the Snow Leopard DVD, start in Windows and install the drivers. Then, run Apple Software Update on Windows to install the most recent drivers.

If you are using OS X 10.7 or 10.8, open "Boot Camp Assistant" app, tick the option to download the Windows support software and follow its steps. Then, after downloading the drivers onto a DVD or USB drive, start in Windows and install them, so you will get the AirPort drivers and more
