The question might have been raised before, nevertheless, how can I block adtrack.king.com ?
It is very iritating to get every time the pages of Adtrack that opens apple store with all knind of games and other stuff i'm not interested in.
iPad 2, iOS 6.1.2
Quit Safari. Hold the shift key down and launch Safari.
Empty Caches.
Close all Safari windows.
Safari > Preference > Advanced
Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the drop down.
Reset Safari.
Click Safari in the menu bar and select "Reset Safari" from the dropdown.
Uncheck the box next to "Saved names and passwords".
Click "Reset".
Turn off Extensions if any and try.

Does this also apply for the iPad2 as i didn't notice a "shift" key on the keyboard.
Sorry I'm new to apple product's so I might be missing out on details you take for granted ?
