Unable to sync Mobile Users

Hey All,

I am looking to create mobile users and have their home folders sync to the server on login/logout.

The computers Bind perfectly, i can login just fun, but when i manually sync, i get this error

I have try resetting the permissionson the sharepoint, tried different sharepoints.

Im sure its something small that im missing, can anyone shine a light on this issue?
