We purchased it five days ago was working perfect closed it last night left on charge over night this morning it will not work at all just blank screen tried all the reset as described in support , still dead won't work.

Thanks for your reply,we have been trying this a few times 15 sc and 30 sc nothing happens we left it on charge for 2 hours today the ipad was just warm so the power is getting there,the ipad is only 5 days old and we are on holiday in a country that has no Apple stores.

Thanks Tom ,we have tryed and tryed it just wont boot up all dead,its my first Apple product too ,just about given up,PC World in UK have given 10 days to get it back to them in UK but our holiday for 3 weeks has just started,so looks like im stuffed.
U just have to let it charge on computer for a long time... thats what worked for me
