Q: can icloud email receive pop3

I am told I can sync my verizon pop3 email with Icloud and all of my devices.  How can I do this?

    iCloud mail ends with @mac, @me or @iCloud.com. You are not using iCloud mail, you are using Verizon mail and Verizon POP will not synchronize with anything.

     

    You can add the Verizon account to your PC and any other devices you choose to, it will not synchronize however, you could also forward your Verizon mail to an iCloud mail account, then it will sync, but you will be replying from an iCloud email address.
