Cant play music in my iphone

hi, i just updated my itunes to the latest version and after i restarted my pc and synced my iphone i can no longer play music, i tried to readd all my mp3's but still cant play them, when running the music app i can see all the songs but they are now greyed out, how the **** do i solve this?

i have tried with a full restore but this issue remains.. didnt have this problem before updating...
