This would be the amount of Free Space you have on the iPad... Not iCloud...
You need to Delete some things OFF your iPad to create More Space on the iPad

Mar 10, 2013 6:54 PM in response to ethan milnerby randers4,It means you don't have enough free storage space on your iPad, not in iCloud. Deleting things from your iCloud account doesn't free up space on your iPad. You'll have to unsync some things off your iPad to make more room. You could remove some of your music, or if you have lots of photos and videos on your iPad, you could import them to your computer then delete them from your iPad (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083).
A good place to start is to go to Settings>General>Usage. This will tell you how much space you have available on your iPad, and what is taking up all your space. You can then decide what to remove.

Nope. The amount of Storage on the iPad is Finite.
