Q: how may I recover deleted notes from iphone

My notes from my iPhone deleted AGAIN. But this time I figured out how to recover them and also why they deleted. This may work for you. Maybe not.

I think my notes disappeared from my iPhone when I moved the contents of my Inbox to another mail folder at the beginning of this month. The Reminders > Notes was empty.

To get my notes back on my phone, in Mail, I moved the notes that I had moved to other mail folders back into the Reminders > Notes folder. Then in iTunes under the Info tab, I have Sync Notes set and under Advanced, I chose to replace the Notes. I then chose Apply.

You may wonder how do you find your missing notes in Mail. Search in Mail for your phone's name.

If you backup with iTunes and you restored from the backup and the notes were gone, then there is no where to retrieve them from unless you have another backup that contains those notes.
Launch iTunes on the computer and go to iTunes>Preferences>Devic es. You will see a window with all of your backups listed in it.
If you see a recent backup that you are certain contains the notes that you need, recover deleted notes from that backup.
