No need to be sorry, it's just not safe to post your email on a public forum where anybody can see it.

Anyway, depending on the problems you are experiencing - if it's hardware related, then take it to an Apple repair place. You can also make an appointment at the Genius Bar in any Apple store and they'll advise you for free (you'd have to pay for repairs though). If it's software related, then we (the community) can maybe help with walking you through do-it-yourself troubleshooting procedures. In that case (and it you're on 10.5.8), then it'd be best to ask the question(s) in the Leopard forum:

You'll need to tell us what the problem is that you're experiencing with the iMac before we can offer anything useful in the way of advice.

Unless you have an iMac that's more than five years old, though, Apple should still offer technical support for it. That they're no longer releasing updates to Mac OS X 10.5 doesn't mean that they've stopped providing support. Most authorized Apple service centers will also provide support, even for Macs older than five years though parts may not be available for hardware failures. So if you want someone to look at your iMac rather than trying to sort out problems on your own, you should be able to find help presuming that there's an Apple Store or service center in your area (and even if there is not, Apple phone support should still help though the call will not be free).

If you'll tell us what model of iMac you have and the problems, we may be able to help you sort things out without having to involve Apple Support.

Regards.
