Someone stole my IPAD. Please help me to blocked all things, even the sim card.

Apple does not block or track stolen iPads.

Immediately change all your passwords.

Contact your wireless service provider to block the sim

and to blacklist the iPad if they provide that service.

Report the theft to your local police and your insurance

company (if covered).

Be advised it is not wise to publish your serial number or

your email in an open forum - I have asked the hosts to

delete that information.

Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.
