Can someone please help me to break text in MS Word to insert picture true text?

Not sure what you mean by "break text". However, inserting an image into a Word document is a 'copy and paste' process. Open the image - for example in Preview - select it, copy it. Then go to the Word document and click in the location where the image is going. Then paste.
After pasting, you can change the size of the image by clicking on it and dragging the corners / edges.
