Hi guys, I have recently changed my iphone and all the iCloud data inc. contacts and notes was deleted from my account.
Is there any chance to recover?

Check your iCloud account on icloud.com from you computer. Is your data still there?
randers4 it has only the new contacts and notes that I have added after loosing. probably i need icloud backup? what do you think?
Then your only option is to try restoring to your last backup or recreate them from another backup source. To restore to your iCloud backup, you have to begin by erasing the phone. If you have any newer data on your phone now that is not in the backup that you want to save you'll need to do that first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. Then go through the setup screens on your phone and given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup (see image below). Be sure you are connected to wifi and your charger as this will take some time to finish.
This is the right choice. You have to reset to recover data from icloud.
