Apple iphone replacement?

hey, i recently cracked the front screen of my iphone 4 and the whole screen doesnt work. This iphone 4 is also out of warranty and so im aware i will have to pay £120 if i want to get it replaced. However, i was wondering whether apple would give me a new replacement for £120 just because of a crack on the screen and not because of a technical problem(e.g faulty speakers etc..)
