Q: kernel panics mac mini mountain lion

Been having Kernel Panics on 2012 Mac Mini since September. Running Mountain Lion. I've done hardware test, Apple Store did one as well. Here's a list of things I thought were causing them:

Bad Monitor

Bad Monitor Cable

Use of USB devices, including 3rd party keyboards and mice (non-apple), hard drives and external dvd drives/writers

Time Machine

Connection to a Windows File Server

Logmein

DVD Fab

I've changed and/or deleted all of the above and am still getting them. Lately, they seem to be associated with internet surfing. Happens with Safari, Chrome and Firefox, seemingly random. But not isolated to just internet surfing. Have had them when importing pictures using Iphoto, using Itunes, or even when the computer was unattended and not being used at all.

I've also zapped PRAM, repaired disk permissions and more.

Here is my latest log:

Pulled? What does that mean? They are "used"?

So should I (can I) just buy a 4gb single and match it up with the one I have that is working, or is that not recommended?

If I do buy just one, anything in particular I should be looking at to be certain they work together? Speed of RAM for example?

    Thanks!

Ok, so I may have answered my own question. REMBER is reporting the speed of my current RAM at 1333Mhz. The RAM you pointed me to is showing at 1600mhz. Issue?

Yes, problem. A 2012 Mini requires 1600 MHz. Use the link BD provided.

I would not be concerned that it's "used". OWC will stand behind what they sell, and a lifetime warranty will apply to used OWC - branded memory, even if it is "used". They seem to extend a one year warranty for original but "used" Apple-installed RAM, which may be one of several manufacturers (Hynix and Samsung are two, there are others).

RAM prices went up, a lot!

I'll be putting some on eBay
