I can't upload my pictures from PC to Photostream

I have the same issue. I pay for this iCloud feature and it never really works. I put pictures in the upload folder and nothing happens.

Seems like basic functionality. Not sure why apple does not find away to make this work.

Something broke with the update to iCloud 5.2. Worked fine with 5.1 but now it does not. I hope they fix it soon!!!
