Hi Mike,

RAND will generate random numbers. Enter =RAND() in a blank column and fill down. Sort the table by that column.

Mike,

To randomize:

Click on the first non-header data column.

Type Option/Alt-Left Arrow

In the new column, first body row, type:

=RAND()

and press the Return key

Click once on the cell with the formula and Command-C

Click on the Column Tab to select the entire column, and Command-click on any header cells in that column.

Command-V to Paste the formula to the rest of the column.

Click the disclosure triangle on the right side of this columns's Tab and choose Sort (doesn't matter which way)

Choose Table > Delete Column

Your rows are now randomized.

You can make a small modification to that procedure if you wish to save the randomize column for future use. Rather than Deleting the column, you can Click the Column Tab and then Grab the column by the tab and pull it away from the table dropping in on a blank portion of the Sheet. The next time you need to randomize you can Option-LeftArrow a new column and then Copy/Paste the saved randomizer into your table.
