Unable to run Macromedia projector file on MacBook Pro

Hi All,

I want to run a ".exe" file which is a Macromedia projector file on my MacBook. When i run .exe file, i see a window appearing with some garbage rather than playing the video presentation. Same file works fine on Windows PC.

Kindly help!!!.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

The reason it works on a Windows PC is that .exe marks a Windows executable application. If it is a self-running application, it won't run on a Mac unless you are running Windows on the Mac. Mac applications use an .app filename extension, not .exe, although the .app extension is usually hidden on the Mac.

There may be a possibility that it might run in Flash Player for Mac, but you should research that first. Either that or go find a Mac version of that file.
