I accidentally deleted a movie downloaded on my iPad prior to syncing with iTunes library on computer. How do I retrieve that purchased movie?

You can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries:

I accidentally deleted a movie that was downloaded on to my iPad prior to copying to my iTunes library. Is there a way to retrieve the movie? It does not appear on my library list.
