HT4165 Does anyone know how to make this work??  It won't let me save or print.  I'm getting mad.

I have installed, uninstalled installed and uninstalled until I want to scream.  It sometimes will not open, and every time when it does open, I cannot print or save my work.  It says the 30 day trial has not been activated.  This is the Install DVD, never opened, except by me, on this only computer.  I have updated and everything.  No good.  What the heck?????

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5), Brand new out of the box iwork 09
