The Last Straw - Please help!

I'm having trouble with Itunes all together. It won't open, the repair option on the installer keeps crashing, and honestly I'm to the point where I'm not going to be dealing with Apple at all because I'm sick of my issues not being resolved. I have Windows 7 and the previous version of Itunes worked and Itunes works on literally every other computer in my home. Occasionally it works but 9 times out of 10 it doesn't.

If anyone has any information that can help, that would be greatly appreciated.
