Battery life endurance longer with plugged power cable?

Heyho,

Concerning the life endurance of my battery, should I constantly let the power cable being plugged to my Macbook or should I constantly load and unload the battery?

You can keep the power adapter plugged in most of the time - just set yourself a reminder for about every two weeks to unplug your MBP from the adapter and let your battery drain down to about 30-40%.

This will keep your battery in good health and the little ions flowing!
