Help with Navigation?

My map app doesn't know the address I entered - a well established address in a suburb. Instead, it sent me to an entirely different town, 100 miles in the opposite direction. I think I read this map app was not good but thought it would have been fixed by now!!! Advice. I need a reliable map app.
