I'm traveling to the US in May and wondering if I could buy a iPhone 5 (unlocked) and use it in Sweden without any problems? I've been told to get the AT&T version (Telia in Sweden).
Would be greatfull for an serious answer 🙂

Yes, you can. But you must consult Telia, if they are on approved network with Apple.
Also have a look at the model required for LTE networks for other European Countries. It is not AT&T
