digital copy already redeemed

I bought a new bluray with digital copy. Inserted the Digital copy into my computer and followed the instructions. It is saying the the code has already been redeemed, but not by me. What can I do? This is a brand new movie which was not opened.

also, the redemption date is not until 2014
