Suddenly can't access Facebook

I'm overseas and suddenly cannot access Facebook from my iPad mini or iPhone. I've reset settings, deleted the app and re downloaded it. Pls help I want to keep in touch with my family.

Can you access FB through Safari?

Added: Be advised I'm not able to access it via my computer right now, it is telling me there is a problem and to try again later. Perhaps the Chinese are currently busy raiding our information.

I can access it through IE. Only tried one page since I'm at work, but it came up.

could be a mobile site issue? m.facebook.com

It just came back up on my computer, through Safari about 21 minutes ago.

Thanks for you're response. No can't access through safari either. All attempts say safari cannot access the server though I can get all other Internet web pages. I have turned the locater off. I'm in Vietnam which apparently bans Facebook ?
