I recently installed the new software updates on my iPhone 3 and noticed that I no longer have the "App Store" app icon so I can search for new and download and or purchase new apps. I have searched all over this web site for FAQ's about it and can't find anything. Someone please help.

Check: Settings - General - Restrictions - Installing Apps = ???
Where am I going to find this????
Also, I can not make any changes to my apps when I am hooked up using the cable and my tower & to my iTunes. Everything else will sync and my apps are all there but not the APP STORE. I just did a restore to see if that would help but it did not help. Everything else came back but that.
Okay .. I finally figured it out. The info you supplied referred to the iPhone and I rest the restrictions and the icon retrurned. THANK YOU STEDMAN 1
