What type of Mac mini are you running? If you don't know, go to >About this Mac and click System Profiler. Next to Model Identifier is the model ID. Post this back here.
When I hit About Mac that option didnt pop up. I clicked on More Info. I see Machine Model: PowerMac10.1
Perhaps you could give us more information.. Do you have a router, a modem? Has the internet service been activated, i.e. has the computer, this one or any other, ever been connected to your internet service provider? etc. etc.
The very first step: You have to connect your Mac to the router / modem. This can be done wirelessly, if the Mac and the router can handle wireless, or with an ethernet cable. Has this been done?
I have internet and yes it is working on my laptop. I have Clear wireless internet
Mine says Airport Card and when I click on it it says no iformation found.
The apple support team told me it had a built in wireless.
You need to take it a part to see if the Airport card is installed
In that case, your Mac does not have a WiFi card. You will have to shop around for a USB 802.11n WiFi card.
i used my clear 4g wireless modem to connect to the internet. it works but not wifi.
Do i need any special tools?

This is not a task for the faint of heart. And you need the correct airport card.
Ok thanks a lot.
I read reviews on the card it said that it comes with a disk. Can I put disks in the Mac Mini?
