Appered just from nowhere, small white squares on the top of a screen. Since then my iPhone isn't responding to touch on that area for ex. I can't pull notification bar down or click high put buttons. Is there any possible way to fix it or do i need to replace the whole phone?

Apple handles this with replacement of the whole iPhone. Restore iPhone with iTunes on your computer. If after the Restore the problem persists, make Genius reservation or set up service.

I am also disappointed. Got white lil squares too on my screen and cant do anything. Now it's an effin piece of ****. Went to the store and they said motherboard is busted and i need 400$ to have it replaced. This happened after the update a week ago and then while i was surfing the net it stopped working
